I started as a kind of self managed teams' coach, working in a company where "each one do what they want to do, and aware that everybody has all to do about that!" I developed with Ruby on Rails a Peer-to-Peer People Performance Assessment Tool, I started the implementation of Atlassian Confluence (Collaborative Intranet) and JIRA (Software Development Management Tool) as part of the Management Information Systems team member, and also helping Product Development Teams to engage into a more customer value approach (using Jeff Patton's Story Mapping practices). I was also an active participant in the efforts to empower VAGAS self managed teams, reinforcing Organizational Culture and team building, in a collaborative way, the non-hierarchical self-management model constraints. As People nerd I helped my team with a more data-driven, People Analytics, approach (inspired by Google's Brian Welle ideas). Above all, I was honored to be part of a brilliant and unique People team!!!

Invited to build Locaweb Customer Relationship Marketing Department (Monetization, Loyalty & Retention Efforts) where I could take advantage of my previous Business Intelligence experience, analytics & technical Locaweb's corporate background to prioritize Customer Relationship Marketing Strategies...

Product Owner for the Roadmap of 3 Customer Care SaaS Solutions: WebDesk (helpdesk), WebChat (an online chat) and Virtual PABX (Asterisk base VoIP solution)

WebDesk, a Locaweb SaaS helpdesk solution: As Product Owner I held close to my teammates and customers all the product development and release processes. Fulfilled with an Agile environment, Jeff Patton's StoryMapping technique and also drops of Continuous Integration/Deployment beauty...

For this moment, we're looking for and experimenting products for Consumers, Micro and SMB.
Our target is to deliver very simple but useful systems helping very small businesses to succeed through the use of Internet.
Once we have gained some good expertise on launching some successful and profitable products, we're going to focus on more and more on education projects, starting from São Paulo's Eastern Region (Zona Leste).

As Business Intelligence Product Owner, I was responsible for maintaining each Product Performance Dashboards, and I contributed to create singular new visualizations for company's reporting demands. With my team, I delivered monthly products performance analysis and presentation to the Board of Directors.

* PMO's bootstrap partnering with Bain & Co. mates
* Communication frameworks to report company projects between all executives at TAM Airlines;
* Organizational Framework to incorporate a new aircraft model (first B777 arrival at TAM fleet)
* Following up strategic projects at corporarte portfolio within company executives and bringing visibility to VPs and the CEO;
* Cargo logistics projects following up lead, as a strategic revenue source for company profit;
* Dilligence leading to restore all running cargo projects status, after the aircraft accident, supporting the project team members and Cargo Director through next needed steps;
